1. Eligibility & Timeframe

 

This defines what can be returned and when.

ConditionItems must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.Ensures the product is in a resalable condition, preventing "wardrobing" (using and returning).

Defective/Wrong ItemIf the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a free return label and full replacement or refund.Shows the company takes responsibility for its own errors at no cost to the customer.

 

2. The Return Process

 

This explains how the customer starts a return.

  • Initiation: Customer must use our online Returns Portal or email Customer Support to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Shipping: We will provide a Pre-paid Return Shipping Label (a common practice for customer-friendly e-commerce, though some businesses charge the customer).

  • Proof: The package must include the original Proof of Purchase (packing slip or order confirmation).

 

3. Refund & Credit Method

 

This explains what the customer receives.

  • Refund Method: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected at the warehouse.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges paid by the customer are generally non-refundable (unless the return was due to a company error).

 

4. Exchanges

 

  • Option: Customers may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item.

  • Procedure: If the requested item is in stock, we will ship it out after the original item is received and approved. If it is out of stock, a standard refund will be issued.
